A fresh cranberry smoothie with no added sugar!
Yep. You read that right. No added sugar in this smoothie! I know cranberries are usually paired with tons of sugar due to their tartness, but this smoothie just doesn't need it. And we certainly want something to help us after all those holiday goodies. No sugar, please. 🙂
The unsweetened pomegranate juice, orange, and cinnamon add so much sweetness and flavor on their own, that the cranberries don't need more sugar. Huzzah!

How to make a vegan cranberry smoothie
This cranberry smoothie is dairy free, vegan, plant based, and just full of so much good stuff.
Just add your ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. This recipe makes quite a bit, about 3 cups. It's best served immediately, but still very tasty if you store some in the fridge later.
You definitely want a high speed blender for this one, as the fresh ingredients can be tough to blend if you don't. Since we're making a vegan smoothie without banana, the texture will be more on the slushie side than the creamy side. But trust us.. this one is delicious.
