    Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of April 18th! On the menu this week: asparagus soup with pistachio cream, vegan caesar salad with crispy chickpeas, Thai tofu zoodle soup, creamy spring vegetable pasta primavera, and honey garlic chickpeas and veggies. Plus, cheesecake stuffed strawberries for your weekly dessert. YUM!
