    Happy May, Rhubarbarians! We've rounded up some of the best June seasonal produce for you, plus 50 spring/summer recipes to cook in June.

    The Farmers markets and CSA bins are loaded with so many fresh goodies right now. There's a bustling Thursday night market near out new house in Spokane and it's giving me so many ideas for summer meals to make with the produce that's in season right now.

    What produce is in season in June?

    June is when we transition from spring to summer, which means so many fresh fruits and veggies! For this list we are going to focus on cherries, strawberries, blueberries, avocado, rhubarb, cucumber, apricot, fava beans, arugula, and mint.
