Hello, Rhubarbarians! Happy June! Are you excited to make all the fresh June recipes? Did you try out any of the Farmers market May recipes?
The Farmers markets and CSA bins are loaded with so many fresh goodies right now. There’s a bustling Thursday night market near out new house in Spokane (we bought a house!) and it’s giving me so many ideas for summer meals to make with the produce that’s in season right now.
What’s in season in June?
So many fresh fruits and veggies! For this list we are going to focus on cherries, strawberries, blueberries, avocado, rhubarb, cucumber, apricot, fava beans, arugula, and mint.
