    Hello, Rhubarbarians! If you're anything like me, you always have a can or two of pumpkin puree in your pantry in the fall and winter. AND you probably have some leftover pumpkin puree that you're not sure what to do with.

    15 of the best sweet and savory, vegetarian pumpkin recipes all in one place. I've listed exactly how much pumpkin puree you'll need with each recipe. Huzzah!

    What is pumpkin puree

    Pumpkin puree is cooked pumpkin pulp that has been blended or mashed to be smooth.

    For all of the recipes on this list, you'll want pumpkin puree that doesn't include any added ingredients. Just cooked pumpkin. Be careful if you are buying canned, as some of the cans are pumpkin pie filling and are spiced and sweetened.

    You can usually find cans of pumpkin puree in the baking aisle at your grocery store. It may also be in the canned fruits and vegetables aisle. If you can't find it, you can usually get it on Amazon!

    Leftover pumpkin puree will last about 5-7 days in the refrigerator. I recommend removing the pumpkin puree from the can and storing it in a lidded container to prevent rust from the can.
