Rhubarb vanilla mojito mocktail recipe! A delicious, alcohol-free twist on the classic mojito cocktail made with YES Beverage’s rhubarb vanilla mixer.

Ever heard of them? I found out about these mixers from Raquel after she discovered them at her local Farmer’s Market. The mixers are made seasonally with fresh produce and real sugar. No preservatives. No artificial flavors. Just good, quality ingredients. So…. I had to try them amiright?
I was instantly drawn to the rhubarb vanilla (um… duh). It’s made with real rhubarb, vanilla, and sugar. Not too sweet, not too tart, just REALLY tasty. Mix with some vodka and this Rhubarbarian would be a very happy girl. Here’s the thing though friends, I am still preggers. DOH! So…. a mocktail had to be on the menu. I created a super simple spin on the mojito, with fresh mint, lime, and some sparkling water. The mixer did ALL the rest of the work!
- 5-6 leaves fresh mint
- 1/4 of a lime
- 1/4 cup YES Artisan Beverage's rhubarb vanilla mixer
- Sparkling water
- In a lowball cocktail glass, muddle the mint and lime together. Add the mixer.
- Fill glass about halfway with ice and then fill with sparkling water.
- Give a good stir and enjoy!
