Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt of your choice. I used plain low-fat*
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree. Canned or homemade**
  • 1 Tbsp raw, unfiltered honey
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

*Be sure to choose yogurt with live active cultures

**Be careful that this is pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling
