Ingredients

  • ice
  • 6 ounces vodka or pickle infused vodka
  • 1 ounce extra dry vermouth
  • 2 ounces dill pickle juice/brine
  • small dill pickles or cornichons for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the vodka, vermouth, and pickle juice to the shaker. Shake well until frost starts to form on the outside of the shaker, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into 2 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with small pickles (optional).

Notes

  • Go ahead and swap the vodka for gin if that's what you like!
  • Be sure to use pickle juice and vodka that you enjoy. These will be the flavors of your martini.
  • Try using homemade dill pickle vodka or a store bought pickle vodka that you like.
  • Make sure that your vermouth has been refrigerated and has not gone bad.
  • Chilling your martini glasses before hand is a great way to keep your cocktail cold.
