- 6 ounces vodka or pickle infused vodka
- 1 ounce extra dry vermouth
- 2 ounces dill pickle juice/brine
- small dill pickles or cornichons for garnish (optional)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, vermouth, and pickle juice to the shaker. Shake well until frost starts to form on the outside of the shaker, about 30 seconds.
Pour into 2 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with small pickles (optional).
- Go ahead and swap the vodka for gin if that's what you like!
- Be sure to use pickle juice and vodka that you enjoy. These will be the flavors of your martini.
- Try using homemade dill pickle vodka or a store bought pickle vodka that you like.
- Make sure that your vermouth has been refrigerated and has not gone bad.
- Chilling your martini glasses before hand is a great way to keep your cocktail cold.
