Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp corn starch

Instructions

Make the sauce:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until well combined and the corn starch is dissolved.

Cook with the sauce:

  1. Add to your stir fry noodles and/or veggies at the end of cooking. Combine and heat until the sauce thickens and absorbs.

Recipe Notes

This recipe makes enough sauce for a very large pan of stir fried noodles and vegetables. Start with enough to coat your stir fry and add more to your taste.
