Ingredients
1cupshelled, roasted pistachios
3cupsfrozen strawberries
1cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
1cupwater
1 ½tablespoonpure maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Place your pistachios in a bowl and cover completely with water. Soak for at least 3 hours or overnight on the counter. Drain the water and rinse the pistachios. Add them to a blender.
Add all the other ingredients to the blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
