Ingredients

FOR THE CRANBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE:

  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 whole banana. peeled and cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice*

FOR THE APPLE CINNAMON SMOOTHIE:

  • 1 whole apple. peeled, cored, and quartered
  • 1 whole banana. peeled and cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice

FOR THE PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE:

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice*

Instructions

FOR THE CRANBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE:

  1. Freeze the cranberries, banana, cinnamon, and maple syrup together in a sealed bag. When ready to make your smoothie, blend with the yogurt.

FOR THE APPLE CINNAMON SMOOTHIE:

  1. Freeze the apple, banana, and cinnamon together in a sealed bag. When ready to make your smoothie, blend with yogurt.

FOR THE PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE:

  1. Freeze the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup in a sealed bag. When ready to make your smoothie, blend with yogurt.
