  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 10 medium sprigs fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp whole black peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp whole mustard seeds
  • 1 small garlic clove (OPTIONAL)
  • 600 mL high quality vodka (approximate)


  1. Place first 5 ingredients, through garlic (if using), in a 32 oz glass jar with tight fitting lid. Pour vodka into jar, filling to the brim, completely submerging ingredients.

  2. Store in a cool dark place for 7 days, shaking once a day.

  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, and store in a glass container with tight fitting lid.

Recipe Notes

The garlic clove will make this vodka very savory. Add at your own risk!
