  • ¾ cup yogurt of your choice*
  • 1 cup pitted sweet dark cherries**
  • ¼ cup unsalted raw walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)


  1. Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*See notes above in this post for yogurt options. I like plain, full fat yogurt the best.

**Frozen cherries work really well. If using fresh cherries add a handful of ice cubes to your smoothie.
