Honey butter roasted radishes with lemon and thyme

Simple honey butter roasted radishes recipe with lemon and thyme! These oven roasted radishes cook in honey butter and make an amazing spring side dish.

Ingredients

  • 16 medium Easter egg or red radishes, halved
  • 4 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the radishes in a small roasting pan or casserole dish. Stir together the butter and honey until honey dissolves. Pour over the radishes and stir to combine. Roast for 15 minutes. Stir, then roast for an additional 10-15 minutes or until radishes are just fork tender.
  • Remove from oven and evenly sprinkle the lemon and zest and thyme onto the radishes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

Notes

Cook times will vary depending on the size of your radishes. If your radishes are very large, quarter them for faster cooking.
