Easy 15-minute sautéed green beans recipe! This spring or summer vegetable side dish is a simple green bean and pea sauté with a sprinkle of fresh mint and basil. Can be grilled too!
Heat the tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add all of the beans and sauté until browned and almost tender, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add all of the peas, and cook until just tender, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Top with all of the mint and basil.
