Equipment

  • Popsicle mold and popsicle sticks
  • Blender

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Blend together all ingredients, adding more or less maple syrup to suit your taste.
  • Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
  • Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.

Notes

  • If you can't find full fat coconut milk, try mixing together light coconut milk and coconut cream.
  • If you can't find unsweetened coconut milk, omit the maple syrup.
  • Feel free to use cacao powder rather than cocoa powder, but do not use hot chocolate mix as that usually contains dairy and sweetener.
  • Once the fudgesicles are frozen, remove them all from the popsicle mold and store them in an air tight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
  • Feel free to customize these as you wish! Try adding a dollop of peanut butter, or maybe add a chocolate drizzle.
