Instructions
FOR THE CRANBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE:
Freeze the cranberries, banana, cinnamon, and maple syrup together in a sealed bag. When ready to make your smoothie, blend with the yogurt.
FOR THE APPLE CINNAMON SMOOTHIE:
Freeze the apple, banana, and cinnamon together in a sealed bag. When ready to make your smoothie, blend with yogurt.
FOR THE PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE:
Freeze the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup in a sealed bag. When ready to make your smoothie, blend with yogurt.

*if using vanilla yogurt, omit the maple syrup.
