Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh cranberries (frozen works too)
  • 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice (I used Pom Wonderful)
  • ½ small peeled orange
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 20-24 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth. Smoothie will be thick. Add 1 cup water and blend again to thin if desired.
