Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups yogurt of your choice. I used plain low-fat*
  • cup pumpkin puree. Canned or homemade**
  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered honey
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

*Be sure to choose yogurt with live active cultures
**Be careful to choose 100% unsweetened pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling
