Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of August 29th! On the menu this week: 15-minute chickpea gyros, one-pan veggie red curry, kale caesar pasta salad, cajun sweet potato salad, grilled vegetable avocado quesadillas, and fresh tomato sauce pasta. Plus sweet and salty double chocolate chewy cookies for your weekly dessert. YUM!
