    Hi, Rhubarbarians!

    Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of November 28th! On the menu this week: roasted squash salad, black bean soup, Moroccan chickpea and butternut squash soup, vegan butternut squash pasta, crispy baked sweet potato and black bean tacos, and creamy tahini spaghetti squash. Plus, a paleo pear crumble for dessert. YUM!

    Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, we can all celebrate the Christmas season! Even though, let's be honest, so many of us already have been this year. LOL!

    Vegan/Gluten Free Substitutions: Recipe is already vegan. Use quinoa or brown rice in place of the Israeli couscous to make it gluten free.
