3-ingredient grapefruit mimosa recipe! Fresh grapefruit juice and champagne or prosecco, sweetened with a bit of honey. Perfect for your brunch cocktail.

grapefruit mimosaHey friends! Back at it today with a fresh grapefruit mimosa! A super simple, yet mega mega tasty cocktail for you. This time......

PROSECCO! (um..... I'm dreaming of being able to roll my "r"s when I say that.)

I got a few grapefruits from the market recently, and just knew I wanted to add some bubbly to my first grapefruits of the season! This mimosa has a tart punch from the grapefruit, and a bit of sweetness from the honey. So good, you guys!

Soooo, does this bubbly cocktail recipe seem familiar? It's a big time oldie but goodie. Way back from 2015. The pics were awful and it just needed an uplift to get the attention it deserves.

So, here we are. Back to basics with a 3 ingredient cocktail. Just grapefruit, champagne or prosecco, and honey. That's it.

It's about as easy as you can get too. Just stir some honey into some freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and top off with bubbly. Easy enough to make this New Year's Eve? ?

Yum! I love any excuse to use grapefruit, but I've been tiring of broiling them recently! I think we'll be making these tonight! Thanks!
