Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of August 8th! On the menu this week: coconut curry noodle bowls, vegan BLT pitas, black bean quinoa salad, summer salad with brown rice, summer corn and heirloom tomato fettuccine, and vegan chickpea walnut tacos. Plus a delicious healthy cherry crisp for your weekly dessert. YUM!
