    Hi, Rhubarbarians!

    Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of December 5th! On the menu this week: lentil stuffed delicata squash, farro grain bowl, Moroccan roasted chickpeas with couscous, vegan broccoli and cauliflower soup, and hummus flatbread with balsamic vegetables. Plus, salted pistachio shortbread for your weekly dessert. YUM!

    Prep Ahead Tip: Prep the veggies a day or two ahead of time.

    Vegan/Gluten Free Substitutions: Recipe is vegan. Use quinoa in place of couscous to make it gluten free.

      Hi! there is change in the "shopping list" design, and it is now totally impossible to have it printed in a legible way! Is there any way to have a version that can be printed? Thanks so much in advance

        We did change the shopping list format! I'll figure something out and get it fixed asap.

        I switched out the shopping list to a JPEG. Hopefully this works for you!

          Naaaaaaah 🙁 unfortunately it is too small! when i try to print it, the image is so small that it is not legible at all even if i try to increase. Am I the only one who cannot have it legible?
