    Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of January 31st! On the menu this week: sheet pan butternut and black bean tacos, chili verde soup, loaded lemony greek salad, creamy vegetable chickpea curry, and Thai vegetable pizza. Plus, chocolate peanut butter fudge for your weekly dessert. YUM!
