Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of December 19th! On the menu this week: vegan sweet and sour tofu, vegan corn chowder, Indian paneer and bean chili, quinoa veggie stir fry with peanut sauce, and tofu broccoli pasta. Plus, ginger molasses cookies for your weekly dessert. YUM!
