    Hi, Rhubarbarians!

    Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of December 26th! On the menu this week: vegan cranberry chili, sheet pan chickpeas and vegetables, butternut squash and rosemary risotto, vegan enchiladas with cashew sour cream, and gnocchi, broccoli, and white bean bake. Plus, gingerbread with fresh ginger for your weekly dessert. YUM!
