    Red wine and ice cream

OK. It sounds a bit unusual, right? But wine shakes have become a thing as of late. a really really really tasty thing that's making everyone a believer in chocolate wine milkshakes.

There are only 3 ingredients in these shakes. Chocolate ice cream, red wine, and chocolate syrup. No need to get complicated, these flavors are great on their own.

Red wine and chocolate go together very well. The flavors blend together in such a decadent way. SO GOOD.

    Try out these different variations:

    • Try it with vanilla ice cream
    • Add some vodka to the shake
    • Make it a sparkling wine float!

The perfect Valentine's Day treat for two

Doesn't chocolate and red wine together just sound... romantic?

Have you tried our Belgian chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce?

This wine shake recipe is super easy, but definitely special enough for your Valentine's (or Galentine's) day treat.

It's not something you want to drink too much of (ahem... whole pint of ice cream), so this recipe makes just enough for 2 people. Valentine's perfection, eh?

So, whip up a batch right after dinner and enjoy your dessert with a little bit of wine mixed in!

Not into Valentine's Day? Make these for a girl's night! Or better yet.. make the whole batch for yourself. You do you!

OMG, is it weird I want to pour the milkshakes out onto the ground and roll around in their chocolatey, wine-y goodness? That looks amazeballs

I would have never thought of using wine in a chocolate "milkshake". I mean really why not, adding liqueurs is fairly common. Super creative! I can't wait to try this out!

this video is ADORABLE. I love the snarky li'l captions. Red wine and chocolate are nice together, but when you throw ice cream in there, watch out! YUM.
