    Hi, Rhubarbarians!

    Your weekly vegetarian meal plan is here for the week of January 9th! On the menu this week: roasted sweet potato tacos, sheet pan fajitas, tomato, coconut, and red lentil soup, vegan buddha bowls with peanut sauce, and curried chickpea lettuce wraps. Plus, dark chocolate cake with whipped peanut butter frosting for your weekly dessert. YUM!
