Prep Ahead Tip: All of the vegetables and greens can be chopped ahead and the paneer can be marinated overnight.
Vegan/Gluten Free Substitutions:For vegan, substitute tofu for the paneer, coconut milk for the yogurt and cream, and plant based butter. Recipe is gluten free.
